Marshmallow Firing

On Tuesday the 2end of December room 5 fired  marshmallow using our mangonels that we built !!!!It  was challenging for all of us in room 5.This was part of our  homework. My one made the marshmallow fly 2m long. The person who got the longest did well!!!! Theirs  went 10m, WOW that is  alot !!!!!I have a video for you to watch !!

A and P show

On Friday the 22nd of November Room 5 made things for the A & P show!!!!! I won third place for the decorated biscuit. I think that I might be in the newsletter!!!! I made a unicorn out of 2 potatoes and 4 carrots, parsley, chives, 3 edible  flowers, tooth picks. My biscuit had a lickerish fish and green sea weed (made out of icing) water, sun light that was mainly it!!!!!!!!!!! BY EMILY!!!!!!!!!!!!

MAD cup of tea!!!!!!!!!!!!

Last Friday room5 was in the mask parade!!!! We were the MAD HATTERS!!!!! Nelson Central School was  Alice  and wonderland.The hats were dark green with light green spots.It also had a purple paper ribbon !!!!! The hair was made out of paper.IT WAS AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PURPLE CAKE DAY

My Mummy panted room 5's faces. We had beautiful face's too. We sung the Purple Cake day song.  When we had assembly Nelson School got toled that we rased $1886-00.
